How to Become a Member
Once you have joined a real estate firm, make sure your firm is a member of the Perimeter East Association of REALTORS®. You can only become a member if your Broker is a member.
If they are:
1. Complete the REALTOR® Membership Application
You will need to provide:
- Your Georgia real estate license number
- Your firm/brokerage name, license number, address, and phone number
- Your managing broker and office contact information
2. Provide Previous Membership Information
If you have previously been a member of another Association of REALTORS®, indicate this on your application and provide your NRDS number.
3. Submit Your Application
Submit the completed online application for review.
4. Application Review
Your application will be reviewed and processed by our membership team.
5. Membership Dues
Once processed, the credit card information provided on your application will be charged for your membership dues.
A payment plan option is available. Please indicate on your application if you would like to use this option.
6. Look for Your Welcome Email
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with:
- Details about any additional membership requirements
- Your member portal login information
- Information to help you get started

REALTOR® Code of Ethics
When you become a REALTOR® you agree to be governed by a strict Code of Ethics that requires a higher standard of conduct than that required of real estate licensees. As a REALTOR® the Professional Standards process is in place to manage those that need guidance and/or discipline to maintain an ethical career and business.
