It covers key areas of broker responsibility, including advertising compliance, contract review, and trust account management, along with licensee supervision, support personnel utilization, record keeping, and GREC regulations. By understanding common violations and implementing sound policies, brokers can mitigate risks, ensure legal compliance, and maintain business integrity.” THIS COURSE SATISFIES THE GREC REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW EDUCATION REQUIREMENT. All new REALTOR® members must complete New Member Orientation within 90 days of joining to stay in compliance. This FREE session introduces you to the benefits of membership, key industry resources, and professional standards.
For your convenience, New Member Orientation is held in the morning on the same day as the Code of Ethics class. If you haven’t completed both, we encourage you to register for both sessions to meet your requirements at once!
