Last Thursday’s Spring Membership Meeting was a great reminder of what makes the Perimeter East Association of REALTORS® so special—our people. From Judge Parker’s engaging Code of Ethics class to Joi Bostic’s impactful Fair Housing presentation, members left informed and inspired. We were especially excited to celebrate and welcome our newest members as they begin their journey with PEAR.

Commerical Intelligence Academy (CIA) Commercial Real Estate Round Robin

DeKalb REALTORS® hosted a dynamic Commercial Intelligence Academy, designed to help brokers and agents elevate their commercial real estate skills. Attendees rotated through expert-led stations focused on practical, real-world topics including prospecting, commercial business management, financing options, market trend analysis, and common legal pitfalls. The hands-on format encouraged strategic thinking and confidence building, providing tools that participants can immediately apply in their commercial practices.
⚖️ 2026 GAR Contracts: What Changed & Why?

Members joined Judge Parker for an in-depth overview of the latest 2026 GAR Forms updates. The session covered newly introduced forms, key revisions to existing contracts, and clarified how proper form usage aligns with Georgia licensing requirements. Attendees left with a clearer understanding of what changed, why those changes matter, and how to confidently apply the updates in real-world transactions.
